Win-1250 encoding plugin
This plugin provides correct translation and view of Czech characters in the NewtsCape browser for Newton MessagePad. Windows 1250 encoding is the mostly used on Czech web pages. Besides Internet connected Newton you will need Steve Weyer's NewtsCape, Encoding package and CE fonts.
In the NewtsCape choose Preferences/Encoding, choose win-1250;
than in Preferences/Appearance assign CE fonts to HTML tags.
Then you can browse the internet with full Czech character set and save Newton books in Czech language! Read some hints for creating Newton books with custom font.
